Planning a visit

Our prayer is always that everyone who comes to our church finds it to be a place for Spiritual Growth, Community, and Love.

We are glad you are looking into visiting with us during one of our worship services. We know visiting a new church can come with all kinds of questions.

Where do I go?

What do I wear?

What about my Kids?

We would like to try and answer these questions for you to make visiting our church as easy as possible.

The Seagrove Worship Experience.

At Seagrove Baptist Church, you will encounter a loving and friendly place to be challenged in your faith, by real, relevant messages from God’s word and worship that guides you to the throne of God.  At 9:00AM we have Bible study classes for all ages, which are created to give you an opportunity to grow in your faith in a small group atmosphere. We have a class just for you; it is in these classes that you get to really know other church members and will go deeper into God’s word. Our worship service at 10:00 AM is one that is blended in musical style with the use of a praise team and a choir.  This is a great mix of old and new to allow God to be glorified.  We offer a children’s church for children K-4th grade. The children will leave during the service at an appointed time listed in our bulletin and go to our fellowship hall which is adjacent to our worship center. During these times we offer a very safe and encouraging environment for your children in our children's building directly behind our worship center.

What Should I Wear?

We want you to feel at home during our worship times.  At Seagrove Baptist Church, we do not have a dress code, we want you to come and experience the life changing power of Jesus Christ as you worship.  Most people dress in a casual look, such as jeans, shorts, flip flops or slacks with polo or button shirts.  But you can dress as you like, because it is more important to us that you worship God than having to worry about your clothing.

Where Do I Go?

Driving directions are featured on the home page of our website for you.  Once you arrive just follow the signs to find your way to the worship center, or our education building which houses our children’s classes and some of our bible study classes.  On the way you will be greeted by many of our members and please ask them for assistance if needed.

What Should I Do?

After arriving on our campus and dropping of the little ones, it is down to two choices, which depend on what time you arrive, it is either Bible study or Worship.  Our welcome center (it is located in the foyer of our worship center) can guide you to an appropriate Bible study class or if it is time for worship a worship guide found in our foyer would be a great help for you to get to know some of the activities that are coming up in all ministries of our church.

Our Promise

At Seagrove Baptist Church we promise to make you feel welcome and provide an environment for your whole family.  This environment is one that Christ will be clearly presented and the opportunity to grow in your faith is made available.  We will not embarrass you, ask you to speak in service, or put you on the spot.  Our desire is that you would encounter Jesus Christ and be changed.  Come and Join us this week!

What Do You Have For Children?

At Seagrove Baptist Church we care about families.  We are committed to provide a safe and solid biblical learning environment or all ages.  All workers that are involved with children birth-18 years of age are submitted to background checks and are trained in the specific are of the ministry they work in.  We take safety seriously, we have a beeper system to allow you to know and feel comfortable with leaving your child in our care and we have men that monitor our campus during the bible study and worship times.  Safety has not been an issue at Seagrove, but we take these measures to be proactive in the area of care for our little ones.  And our desire is that you will be able to drop your child off and join others in bible study or worship with full knowledge that your child is in good hands.

What Do You Have For Teenagers?

At Seagrove Baptist Church we provide a great learning environment with some of the best teachers in this area, not only do they teach the bible studies they are tirelessly involved in all aspects of the student ministry.  They have a love for students and a passion to see them succeed and grow spiritually.  We take efforts to make sure that students are safe in our care by making all student ministry workers participate in background checks and training.  This is to ensure that the students are protected and in an environment that has qualified people to generate spiritual growth in them.
